Roxanne, Founding Member–Beijing

Roxanne, a fluent bilingual student currently in high school, is driven by a passion for technology, history, and writing. Her diverse interests are reflected in her involvement in various extracurricular activities, including reading, volleyball, programming, traveling, and music. Leveraging her wide range of interests, Roxanne plays a key role in Peer4Good’s website development, content editing, and the creation of courses on high school STEM subjects and American history. As a founding member of the team, she actively participates in organizing team discussions and managing project progress.

Hannah, Founding Member—Beijing

Hannah, a middle school student, is passionate about subjects like mathematics, history, and visual arts. Fluent in both English and Chinese, she enjoys a wide range of extracurricular activities, including soccer, tennis, piano, painting, music, and reading. As a founding member of Peer4Good, Hannah is responsible for graphic design, creating course materials, and recording, editing, and disseminating educational videos. Hannah focuses on teaching middle school mathematics and American history, while also spearheading the team’s marketing efforts.

Nicholas, Founding Member—Hong Kong

As a 4th-grade student at Hong Kong International School, Nicholas developed his passion for the Peers4good service project after participating in Heifer’s “Read to Feed” program. This initiative made him realize the difficulties underserved children face, inspiring him to bridge the English proficiency gap in Hong Kong. Nicholas received seed money from the Handrich Endowment Fund and has gained recognition as a percussionist in the HKIS Onsom Orchestra, winning multiple awards in Hong Kong and Taiwan for his musical talent. He is also passionate about swimming. As a senior team member, he leads the recruiting of the volunteers.

Daniel, Founding Member— Shanghai

Daniel is about to enter middle school. He has a strong interest in science and geography. Whether it’s exploring the mysteries of the universe or understanding various natural phenomena on Earth, he is filled with curiosity. In geography class, Daniel enjoys learning about the cultures, terrains, and climates of different countries and regions, believing that this knowledge helps him better understand the world. Outside the classroom, Daniel is also a clarinetist in the school orchestra, enjoying the fun of playing music with his classmates. Additionally, he is a member of the school tennis team, where he has learned the values of teamwork and perseverance through the sport.
